HOW DOES IT WORK?

Get your Canada Study Permit (Visa) Processed in 5 Simple Steps!

After you receive your Letter of Acceptance – LOA (also referred to as admission offer letter) from a Canadian educational institution, the next step is to apply for your study visa/permit.

1. Complete our Canada Study Visa Assessment Form: For those that CanadaWiz assisted with their Canada admission, skip this Step 1 and also Step 2. Proceed to Step 3.

This step applies to you if you have already secured admission at a Canadian educational institution yourself, and you want us to assist with only your study visa/permit application processing.

Obtain our ‘Canada Study Visa Assessment Form’ by sending an email to us at info@CanadaWiz.ca and we will reply you back with the form.

Fill out the form and attach a copy of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) that you received from the Canadian educational institution. Then, submit both documents (i.e. the completed form and your LOA) to us by email.

2. Review by our Consultant: Your submitted package will be reviewed by our expert Canada student visa consultant. We will provide you with personalized advice and the next course of action based on your circumstances.

3. Make Payment: If you like to proceed further based on the analysis we provided to you, make payment here for our visa application processing fee by placing an order using “PayPal” or “Add to Cart” and “Checkout” with a debit/credit/ATM card (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, etc).

4. Your Canada Student Visa Application Processing Starts: After payment, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your payment; along with an exclusive checklist and relevant details that is applicable to your case.

We will guide you through the entire process of obtaining your study permit, (including providing you with more comprehensive advice than that which you were provided in ‘Step 1’ above, documentation analysis, etc.) and handle the processing.

–  Medical examination: At some point during your Canada study permit application process, the Canadian High Commission will send you a medical instruction letter requesting that you undergo a medical examination with their designated doctors at your country of residence.

– Interview: You may be invited for an interview if the visa officer deems it necessary. However, it should be noted that this is not a common practice, as most study permit (visa) applications are handled without the need for an interview.

5. Receive your Canada Study Visa Decision: The time it takes IRCC to process study permit applications varies depending on your country of residence, the volume of applications they receive, and many other factors. You will receive your Canada study visa decision from IRCC, once your case is finalized.

As it can often take several weeks to process your study permit, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

What does CanadaWiz require from me to process my visa application?

Is visa guaranteed?

According to Canadian law, it is a criminal offense for any consultant to state that a visa is guaranteed. So, please note that your visa is not guaranteed. However, if you follow our advice, you will have a higher chance of getting visa approval, unlike when you apply for your visa on your own.

We will be in constant contact with you to provide advice; thereby increasing the chances that your visa will be approved. We have a 100% success rate for high school visa applicants, 99% success rate for undergraduate and master’s applicants, and 97% success rate for others.

Is CanadaWiz fee all-inclusive?

Our fee is all-inclusive for the services that we will be providing to you.

On the other hand, the following fees are the responsibility of the client: Application for study permit fee $150 CAD (payable to the Canadian High Commission), VFS/biometrics fee $85 CAD (payable to VFS), medical examination fee (payable to IRCC’s designated hospital), police report (if applicable).

What is the minimum amount of money that needs to be shown in my financial documents as proof of funds?

One of the required documents to apply for a study permit is ‘Proof of financial support’. See below for the minimum amount that you will need to show as proof of funds. [Note: This is applicable to study permit application in all provinces except Quebec]:

• Single student: Your Tuition for One Year + $10,000 for a 12-month period (or $833 per month).
• + one family member: + $4,000 for a 12-month period (or $333 per month).
• + each additional family member: + $3,000 for a 12-month period per dependent child (or $255 per month).

What is CanadaWiz refund policy?

CanadaWiz will issue you a 100% (Full) Refund  – No Questions Asked, if you instruct us to do so, as long as we have not taken any action on your file. Once we have taken any action on your visa file, your payment is deemed non-refundable. Also, any client who refuses to provide any (additional) document requested by IRCC, will not be refunded.

In addition, CanadaWiz may initiate a refund to you, if we cannot proceed/process your visa application for any reason.
